Studio: Perceived Quality
Assistant Program Manager -
Member of the Perceived Quality group at General Motors for two years, after its creation in 2006.
The Perceived Quality group’s goal was to bring the quality of GM vehicles to the highest levels in the industry through a wide range of activities, being involved in the Vehicle Development Process from the very early stages.
Managed the Chevrolet Cobalt and Equinox, Pontiac Torrent, Suzuki XL7, Saab 9.4X and Cadillac SRX programs, assisting the Vehicle Line Executive/Director and the Program Engineering Manager and monitoring the development process from program approval to production start, creating assessment reports at key development levels.
The results of the group’s work are clearly visible across the GM products, such as the 2006 Saturn Aura (car of the year), the 2006 Chevrolet Silverado (truck of the year) and the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu (interior of the year) and all other subsequently launched vehicles, such as Buick Enclave, Cadillac CTS and SRX, and Chevrolet Cruze.
